TERMS AND CONDITIONS Booking Conditions Reservations made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.

To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the respective payment, as provided for each accommodation.

The values ​​of the reservation fees, deposit, cleaning fee or others are those announced at each time on the page of each accommodation.

A deposit may be requested for all accommodations to cover any damage caused to the property and/or condominium. The deposit amount will be retained at the time of check-in, when this is done in person, or before the start of the reservation, online, when express check-in is done. No amount will be charged to guests, the deposit constituting a hold that will not allow guests to access these funds until the hold is released.

If there is no damage to the property during your stay, the deposit amount will be cancelled after check-out using the same credit card, which will happen up to 7 days after check-out.

If the property is not in the same condition, the deposit amount will be retained until the damaged items have been paid for.

If applicable, the reservation will be subject to cancellation if it is not possible to perform an authorization hold on the deposit amount, so it is important that the guest ensures that their credit card is valid and has sufficient funds. If it is not possible to authorize the retention of the deposit amount, you will be notified by email or SMS and will have 12 hours to try using another payment method.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Payment methods Payment for reservations can be made using an American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Guests are also subject to the particular rules available in each accommodation.

Pre-check-in Upon completion of the reservation, the reservation holder will receive an email and/or SMS from NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA confirming the reservation and providing important explanations about the accommodation and information about additional services (such as cleaning services, extras, etc.).

Guests will be asked to fill out an Accommodation Form, which is extremely important for preparing their stay.

The Accommodation Bulletin will specifically request the arrival time, the total number of people staying – so that we can provide the correct amount of bed linen and bath towels – as well as mandatory information within the scope of the foreigners and border services.

Guests must indicate the exact number of people on the Accommodation Bulletin. The number of guests specified in the reservation cannot be greater than the number of guests present in the accommodation. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid.

NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA cannot assume any responsibility for incorrect or non-completion of the Accommodation Bulletin.

Any attempt to alter and/or violate the original information will invalidate the Accommodation Bulletin and will be subject to cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy After confirmation of the reservation, the following fees will apply in case of cancellation: a) The guest will pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation, in case of cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.

b) The guest will pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation, in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date.

If an overbooking situation occurs (i.e. simultaneous reservations in the same accommodation) in the Accommodation reserved by the guest, the guest expressly acknowledges and accepts that NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA will relocate the reservation in an accommodation of the same category (in any case, ensuring that the quality of the Accommodation provided is not inferior to that of the Accommodation reserved by the Customer), without additional costs for the Guest, and without, for this reason, being entitled to any compensation from NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA.

Stay conditions The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and must remain in the reserved accommodation throughout the stay. Guests under 18 years of age can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult who is the reservation holder.

The reservation holder must provide a valid address, telephone contact and email address.

No pets (of any breed, size or age) are allowed in the accommodations of NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA. NEGÓCIO NA HORA UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid if any animal is found inside the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
