๐Ÿจ Booking Conditions

Reservations made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.

To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the respective payment, as provided for each accommodation.

The values of the reservation fees, deposit, cleaning fee or others are those announced at each time on the page of each accommodation.

๐Ÿ’ณ A deposit may be requested for all accommodations to cover any damage caused to the property and/or condominium.
The deposit amount will be retained at the time of check-in (in person) or before the start of the reservation (online check-in).

๐Ÿ”’ No amount will be charged — the deposit is only a hold and will be unavailable until released.

โœ… If there is no damage, the deposit will be released up to 7 days after check-out.
โŒ If there is damage, the deposit will be retained until costs are covered.

โš ๏ธ If the deposit authorization fails:

  • You will be notified ๐Ÿ“ฉ

  • You have 12 hours to provide another payment method

  • Otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled โŒ

๐Ÿ’ถ All prices include VAT at the legal rate.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Methods

Payment can be made using:

  • American Express

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

Guests must also comply with specific rules of each accommodation ๐Ÿ“‹

๐Ÿ“ Pre-check-in

After booking, the reservation holder will receive an email and/or SMS from stay4youbraga ๐Ÿ“ฉ confirming the reservation and providing important information.

Guests must fill out an Accommodation Form ๐Ÿงพ with:

  • Arrival time โฐ

  • Number of guests ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

  • Required legal information ๐Ÿ›‚

โš ๏ธ Important rules:

  • The number of guests cannot exceed the reservation

  • Exceeding the limit → removal with no refund โŒ

  • Incorrect or missing information → possible cancellation

stay4youbraga is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete forms.

โŒ Cancellation Policy

After confirmation:

  • ๐Ÿ“… Up to 30 days before check-in → 50% charge

  • โณ Less than 30 days → 100% charge (no refund)

๐Ÿ” In case of overbooking:

  • You will be relocated to similar accommodation ๐Ÿ 

  • Same or better quality โœ”๏ธ

  • No extra cost ๐Ÿ’ธ

  • No compensation โŒ

๐Ÿ‘ค Stay Conditions

  • Reservation holder must be 18+

  • Must stay in the accommodation during the stay

๐Ÿ‘ถ Guests under 18 → only with an adult

๐Ÿ“ Must provide:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email

๐Ÿšซ House Rules

๐Ÿพ No pets allowed
๐Ÿšญ No smoking inside

โš ๏ธ If rules are broken:

  • Guests may be asked to leave

  • โŒ No refund will be given
